We offer one on one sessions as well as private group sessions for any of our class options. You can start these at any level! We also offer a special intro price on a pack of your first 3 private lessons for new clients!
Group Pilates Reformer/apparatus
In these small group classes, we will work with reformers, towers, and also incorporate some core mat work for a full body workout. We offer beginner classes as well as intermediate-advanced classes. If you've never done pilates, we reccomend that you start out in the beginner reformer class or take advantage of our special intro pricing we offer for 3 private lessons!
Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga and pilates with the use of aerial hammocks. We work on balance, core strength, deep, controlled stretches, and inversions. Beginner classes available as well as private lessons.
In these classes, we practice the classical meathod of mat pilates. We work on core strength, flexibility, and building long, lean muscle. Our mat Pilates classes are all levels.
Gentle Yoga with Debbie
Gentle is a less intense, more simplistic form of yoga that offers modifications to the standard Hatha yoga poses. The pace is very relaxed, and is a wonderful alternative for those who are trying to get active again, recovering from an illness or injury, are pregnant, or those who are simply looking for a calming practice. This is a great place to start, return to, or allow growth in your yoga.
Yoga with Props with Debbie
This 55 minute class will utilize yoga props such as blocks and straps to access poses with greater ease and alignment creating connection and empowerment. Yoga props are not a crutch or just for beginners, but are tools to build strength and technique in familiar poses. Props promote creativity and playfulness to integrate into your personal practice.

Homeschool Kids Aerial
All homeschool families will receive 10% off all services including this class! This class has the same fun aerial experience as our kids aerial but offered during the day.
Cardio Jump Board Pilates
This is an intermediate class where we work with the pilates reformer jump boards! We work on the jump boards in 5 minute intervals, while practicing ab, mat, and tower work in between.
Bungee fitness is a 45 minute low impact yet high intensity workout! You will blast through calories, get a full body workout, and have a ton of fun!
Barre fitness is a full body sculpting workout that incorporates elements of pilates, ballet, yoga, and bursts of cardio! You will blast through calories yet work on alignment and core strength at the same time. Our barre fitness classes are all levels.
